STORE PICKUP - From various locations the Giraffes On Tour Stall may be attending in the summer season
Purchase’s can be picked up directly, from the official opening time of the event / venue.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 Days using Royal Mail Services for both Mainland & International Flat rate shipping fees apply to orders shipping to mainland and international Optional: We do not ship outside of certain countries at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable on certain eligible products / items.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We currently offer international shipping only to the following countries: USA(Mainland Only), Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.Thailand,Switzerland
Shipping charges for your order(s) will be either calculated or displayed at checkout for you to select.. International shipping times vary from 8 - 25 Days expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination /country..
IMPORTANT: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT or other added relative taxes dependant on countries), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Giraffes On Tour™ ltd is not responsible in any way for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO OUR UTMOST TO ENSURE YOUR PURCHASE ARRIVES WITH YOU SAFELY, HOWEVER GIRAFFES ON TOUR™ Ltd CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OR ANY LOSSES HOWEVER SO CAUSED BY ANY CARRIER OR POSTAL SERVICE WE DEEM TO USE AFTER IT HAS LEFT US.
REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs outwards only, shipping cost for the return to us is required to be paid by you the customer. We do not accept any exchanges as most products are produced on demand by outside POD companies and designs removed or added, replace as we seem appropriate.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@giraffesontour.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
