We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and pay for recorded return shipping to us.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@giraffesontour.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 5 Birchwood View, Westfield, Sheffield, South Yorkshire S20 8LQ, and Record return shipping must be paid by customer.
Any authorised refunds will be minus postage costs if the item(s) have been dispatched already, returns will incur a £5.00 admin fee to cover transaction charges for the original goods purchase.
Any one off flight activities that require either a booking fee, or to be paid in full for reservation purposes, or full payments that will be required as your intention to participate. These will incur a £10.00 admin charge plus any applicable postage costs & 15% restocking fee if cancelled for whatever reason, this will exclude any Final sale items

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you recieve the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like goods that are, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items & advance orders, one off flight activities). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on sale items or gift cards or item not in there original packaging and un worn..
Exchanges
We do not accept exhanges by the very nature of what we sell is either limited runs or based or seasonal activities that vary each year, we please ask you to be sure of you order at checkout before you commit to your purchase. This doesnt affect goods that are faulty and our returns policy would be followed. Please note we cannot be held for goods damage in transit by any means of postage or delivery.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
